Welcome to Woodcroft After School, a nature-based after school program (2:30p-6:00p), launching July 2023 and designed for school aged children 5-12.
We value outdoor play, learning through hands-on experiences, and investing time in being present with children to support their social and emotional growth. We are thrilled to offer an after school program with a cool twist! Not only will your child be able to participate in traditional activities, they will also have access to a regular rotation of athletic experiences (ex: swim and tennis) and other enrichment programs.
Our passionate team is invested in supporting families in our community and would love to invite your children to come out and explore!

2023-24 Workday/Holiday Camps
Camp Woodcroft follows the DPS Traditional and Year-Round Calendars and is a seasonal version of our popular summer camp! On typical workdays wedo crafts, read books go to the playground, play indoor and outdoor games, do the occasional field trip! Sign up for the 2023 - 2024 school year will open July 12th. Early care is available for an extra fee ($12).

$75/Members; $85/Non-members
Yearly Tuition: $4,500 for Members
Traditional: 10 Equal Payments of $420 due on the 1st of each month August - May
Year-Round: 11 Equal Payments of $381.82 due on the 1st of each month July - May
Yearly Tuition: $4,800 for Non-members
10 Equal Payments of $450 due on the 1st of each month August - May
11 Equal Payments of $409.10 due on the 1st of each month July - May
*$300 deposit due at enrollment

After School Tuition
Woodcroft Club's after school program follows Durham Public School's traditional calendar and year-round calendar.
2:30pm - 2:45pm: Arrival/Check in/Bathroom Break
2:45pm - 3:15pm: Snack/Break
3:15pm - 4:00pm: Homework Support/Open Activities
4:00pm - 5:30pm: Outdoor Play/Organized Activites/Clubs/Classes
5:30pm - 6:00pm: Free Play/Parent Pick Up
*DPS Traditional and Year-Round Early Release Schedule: 12:30pm - 6:00pm.
Traditional Early Release Days: 10/11/23, 2/16/24, 3/8/24, 4/26/24, 5/10/24
Year Round Early Release Days: 8/11/23, 2/16/24, 3/8/24, 4/26/24, 5/10/24
*The last day of after school for the 23/24 school year is June 6th.
