Check out the Woodcroft Club’s facility for your next meeting, shower, or birthday party. Rentals are available for members and non-members, with members receiving a discount. Click on the links to download a clubhouse or pool rental contract.
Clubhouse Rentals: Available year round, when there are no other club sponsored events scheduled. All clubhouse rentals must end by 2 am. During the pool season, the clubhouse is not available for rentals until 7:30 pm Saturday through Thursday and 8:30 pm on Fridays.
Pool Rentals: Available during pool season only. All pool rentals require lifeguards to be staffed by the Club. Pool rentals may start at 8:30 pm on Saturday through Thursday and at 9:30 pm on Fridays. All pool rentals must end by 1 am.

**Please note that the Club will not book a rental date until a completed and signed contract with payment is received in the office. All rentals will be made on a first come first serve basis. |
