Need a space for a private party?

The clubhouse and pool are available for private rentals!

Check out the Woodcroft Club’s facility for your next meeting, shower, or birthday party.  Rentals are available for members and non-members, with members receiving a discount.  Click on the links to download a clubhouse or pool rental contract. 

 

Clubhouse Rentals:  Available year round, when there are no other club sponsored events scheduled.  All clubhouse rentals must end by 1 am.  During the pool season, the clubhouse is not available for rentals until 7:30 pm Sunday through Thursday and 8:30 pm on Fridays &  Saturdays.

 

Pool Rentals:  Available during pool season only.  All pool rentals require lifeguards to be staffed by the Club.  Pool rentals may start at 8:30 pm Sunday through Thursday and at 9:30 pm on Fridays & Saturdays. All pool rentals must end by 1 am.

**Please note that the Club will not book a rental date until a completed and signed contract with payment is received in the office.  All rentals will be made on a first come first serve basis.
